First off
I was expecting this response from you... While its okay to be this sensitive... I'm going to cushion this comment to suit your sensitivity needs...
If you think you don't have my allegiance on this matter, you have already been mistaken. That's trust #1 gone heywire. You were known to me before the split persona person... its a no brainer where I owe this allegiance to.
I call it as I see it. I'm not the kind of friend to agree with you 100% all the time. In this case, I will be in you face if I think you are somewhere out of line. Sorry but some friends will push your buttons to help you NOT hurt you. If I didn't care, I would not even have bothered to comment. Think about that fact. Take back that disappointment. Its 5 AM and hopefully a happier rest of the day for you...

btw that writing is quite on the lines of what I write if not urs alone... its a good question and I will be commenting on it. I did a Google to check if you wrote on absolute reality before and it came out as none.

this is really cool... so yeah... let me share what I know from experience...
First off I totally agree with what you said on
I draw much of my beliefs from what I have heard from the
scriptures. The Vedanta says that human birth is the highest form of
evolution and all of us go through multiple re-births till our soul is
completely spiritually evolved and merges with God. It gives an
analogy of how we wake up from the previous night sleep and carry on
the day from where we left ; re-birth is just the same but happens
through a different body, till we exhaust our ‘Vasanas’.
My learning has been from experience and from other sources and not from the scriptures...
One thing, I heard from these people is when you call these
spirits repeatedly over a time, they do get attached to the medium and
it has its own bad consequences . Isn’t it ? On a curious note,
(wonder, if I should be asking all this in public domain ! ), have the
spirits been mostly accurate in predicting things or answering the
questions ???
Not really.. calling spirits over a time doesn't mean that they would necessarily attach themselves. There is a karmic purpose for everything. Every spirit that has not been reborn into the physical serve a karmic purpose. Some are spirit guides aka higher self aka guardian angels there to guide and "awaken" you. Some are there for other reasons relating to your own past life all in the purpose of evolution. There are attachments that occur that need to be broken for the spirits own evolution. For example, there was this one wandering spirit of a 18 yr old girl that came to visit us. I would spend time with her and talk to her and this kind of kindness was the only reason to return. Her past was horrific and hence when someone is nice to you you grow attached to them. I had to get her to understand that she didn't belong here and she needed to go towards the "source" or " the light" which basically means crossing over to the next life in prep for reincarnation. My wife aided her in her crossing over to the other side. We've had many that still remain and do not cross over for the sole reason that they serve karmic reasons. Either they have to observe physical life and learn their incomplete lessons or they serve a watchful eye over relations who have to evolve with their guidance and subtle messages. Each spirit has its own purpose.
A lot of psychics use the term bad karma and good karma... but in positive light... they are all good karmas even though there is a path of pain and suffering: No pain, no gain.
You are accurate about the analogy.
